Join us for an evening of restorative yoga, reiki, essential oils and sound healing! This will be outside at a beautiful private residence in Los Olivos. Once you register, you will receive the address to the event.

Feel free to bring a picnic dinner or beverages to enjoy or share after the workshop. Please bring a mat and anything else to make yourself as cozy as possible during your practice. There is also a pool available for use after the workshop, so bring a suit and towel if you'd like to swim!
