This complimentary service is an introductory session that allows prospective clients to gain an understanding of integrative energy healing and the processes utilized to clear, balance and shift areas of your body, thinking and life. 60 Minute Session:
This is a 60 minute integrative healing session that is custom designed for you. It can be one modality or combine different massage and energy clearing/healing modalities listed below. An hour session is recommended as a tune-up, maintenance or as part of an ongoing series. Longer sessions are recommended for a first time clients.

90 Minute Session:
This is a 90 minute integrative healing session that is custom designed for you. It can combines intuitive massage, energy clearing/healing modalities, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy and tuning forks, or other modalities listed below. This session length is ideal to give your body and mind time to relax, to release stuck areas, clear negative thought patterns, and clear and balance the energy field and energy centers within and around the body. It also allows time for the body and energies to integrate.

2 hr, 2.5 hr or 3 hr Session:
This is a 2-3 hour integrative healing session that is custom designed for you. It can combine intuitive massage, energy healing, Craniosacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy and tuning forks. The 2, 2.5 or 3 hour session is ideal for first time clients, or those who are committed to making permanent changes in their lives. It allows time to clear, balance, align and integrate energies on many different levels of body, mind and spirit.

Intuitive Massage & Bodywork
Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the healing arts, and is trained in many different massage, bodywork and energy healing modalities. She draws upon her wealth of knowledge, training, wisdom and intuition to customize each session in an effort to help relieve pain, tension, discomfort, and the effects of emotional and physical trauma that are being held in the body. She helps to bring a gentle awareness to aspects that we have disconnected from, and encourages us to reconnect with our body, mind and spirit through our own natural healing abilities and our body's innate wisdom.
Sessions can be booked as individual modalities, or choose an integrative session that combines different modalities to custom fit your needs. Lisa is trained in many different therapeutic massage modalities, as well as Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Prenatal Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Theta Healing, Access Consciousness, Ayerveda, Sound Healing, Energy Clearing/Balancing, Aromatherapy, Meditation/Embodiment Practices, Breathwork and Yoga/Embodied Movement Practices (Non Linear Movement, Wild Women's Way).

CranioSacral Therapy & SomatoEmotional Release
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer treatment among many others.
CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
The focus of CST is a gentle placement of hands to assist release of the body’s connective tissue, or “fascia.” Fascia (Latin word for “band”) is a covering found throughout the body including organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain and spinal cord. This covering forms a body-wide connective network. CST is based on the idea that the body is interrelated at all levels. CST is thought to improve efficiency of biological processes through boosting inherent self-regulation, self correction and self-healing. The therapy
can be used successfully with children and adults.

Theta Healing
An energetic or alternative healing modality. It is therapeutic in nature and aims to assist with physical, spiritual, energetic and emotional health and wellbeing. Theta Healing is best known for the Belief and Feeling Work on all four levels: Core, Gene, History, and Soul. With growing scientific evidence that toxic emotion can contribute to disease and the awareness that emotions, feelings and the power of thought have a direct bearing upon our physical health, there is increasing interest in changing how the mind influences the body to create optimum health. Belief and Feeling Work empower people with the ability to remove and replace negative emotions, feelings and thoughts with positive, beneficial ones.
Theta Healing is also complimentary to any other conventional medical treatment you may be undergoing. The theta brainwaves are accessed by working with what could be named as unlimited universal energy, the energy that moves in all things, source energy or the creator. Muscle testing or kineseology is a tool to help show what your negative or stuck energy, beliefs or thought patterns are. These patterns are then transformed (with your permission) to a more positive or healthy state which allows for the transformation, change or healing to take place.
There is unlimited potential energy available to us at all times. The beliefs, thoughts and choices we make create our perceived realities. Consciousness & Oneness includes everything and judges nothing. It’s the ability to be present in your life in every moment without judgment of you or anyone else. It’s the ability to receive everything, to judge nothing, and to allow the entire
Universe to be what it is. If you have no judgment of anything, then you get to look at everything for what it is, not for what you want it to be, not for what it ought to be, but just for what it is. From this space you can transform and change all things and create everything you desire in life – greater than what you currently have and more than what you can imagine.
Our target of Access is also Empowerment. Everything in Access Consciousness is about empowering you with the awareness of the fact that you can perceive, know, be and receive everything infinitely. It’s about empowering you at all times to know that you know. As each one of us steps into our greatness, the possibility that gets created for all of us is infinitely greater.
Another target of Access is to Be You and Change the World. You are capable of changing the world and changing everything around you with just the energy of YOU being YOU. But, you have to be willing to be that potent, that nothing stops you as the consciousness and unlimited being that you truly are.

Reiki
A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing, energy balancing and pain relief that everyone can utilize. It has been effective in helping many known illnesses and maladies, and has been known to create a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques, and can be helpful in relieving side effects and promoting recovery.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage massage has become a popular form of massage due to its potential health benefits. This specialized approach focuses on the Lymphatic system, which is part of the immune system. This type of massage aims to help the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance and immune function.
Lymphatic massage helps the body release toxins more quickly by increasing the flow of the lymph fluid. It can also help decrease fluid retention (puffiness), boost the immune system, help reduce pain and help the body relax (relieving the effects of stress), help with insomnia and improve the quality of sleep.
